A DESSERT POP UP

Ad Astra Atelier opens up for the evening to host its first pop up experience.

On Oct 15, 2025 join Chef Ron Mendoza and his team to enjoy a multi course dessert menu.

Returning to his pastry chef roots, Ron will create a fun night of sweets and treats.
Each guest will enjoy 3 plated desserts along with some bites before and after.
We are excited to try out something new and fun and we look forward to hosting you in our new space.

We will be offering two seating options:
5-6:30pm seating
6:30-8pm seating

All seats are $50 per person.

There will be no alcohol as we are still waiting for final approval with our wine license.
