Katie Parla visits Ad Astra Atelier

Ad Astra Atelier will be visited by Italy’s leading culinary voice, Katie Parla, to celebrate the release of her latest book, Rome: A Culinary History, Cookbook, and Field Guide to the Flavors that Built a City. Katie Parla is a New York Times bestselling author, culinary guide, television host, and educator based in Rome.

Her latest book explores the culinary history and more than 110 recipes of the Italian capital.

A copy of the book will be included with the purchase of each ticket. Small bites and wine will be served.
